Pyek AI is a service of Pyek Financial, LLC — a fractional CFO firm that has spent years helping mid-market companies run better. When our clients started asking "how do we do AI?", we built the answer.
The origin story.
Pyek Financial has been delivering fractional CFO services to middle market companies for more than a decade. In 2024 and early 2025, we watched the same conversation play out dozens of times in client meetings: an operator asking a variation of "we know we should be doing something with AI — but how?"
The honest answer nobody was giving them: the existing options were broken. Hiring in-house was too expensive. Big-firm consultants delivered slides, not systems. AI startups were chasing enterprise logos. And the mid-market was being asked to wait or to improvise.
So we started building AI tools for ourselves. We built an internal AI workforce — more than ten agents across finance, operations, reporting, HR, and software development. These agents actually add value to our business every single day. Through this process, we proved that middle market companies don't need enterprise complexity to get enterprise-class AI outcomes. They need a senior team that knows their world, builds to their cadence, and gives them something they own.
